Online District Reports
Immediately following your tournament, complete the District Qualifying and District Fee reports online.
To access the online reports page, you will need to Logon by entering a User ID (your e-mail address) and password (also e-mail address), select Optimist Leaders Menu to left-hand corner, then select “District Golf Chair”; To submit your reports online, click here.
