Hugh Cranford All-Scholastic Team
The 2011 Hugh Cranford All-Scholastic Team is a special award recognizing the academic accomplishments and community service record of junior golfers who are past participants of Optimist International championship tournaments or District qualifiers. The team will consist of up to five golfers who will be between the ages of 16 and 18 as of the last day of the 2011 Optimist International Junior Golf Championships (July 31, 2011). Junior golfers selected to the team will receive an automatic exemption into the championships and complimentary registration (the selected participant’s registration fee—which is inclusive of tournament entry, hotel accommodations and meals—will be waived). The exemption includes an invitation to participate in the 2011 Optimist International Junior Golf Championships without having to play in a qualifying tournament. Junior golfers who are interested in applying should read the steps below and submit an application. Application Steps:
