My professional background has been in Healthcare training and auditing, Human resources and Property Management. and 11 years of being an elected official on the Sun Prairie City Council.

Community/Civic Involvement:

Volunteer with the Sun Prairie YMCA, Junior Achievement, Big Brothers and Big Sister Ambassador, Member of the Sun Prairie Chamber and the Sunshine Supper Committee, I also belong to the Friends of the Neighborhood Navigators and Friends of the Media Center.

What qualifications and experiences prepare you for this role?

I have experience in preparing the next generation of leaders by helping to strengthen existing Optimist leaders and training them with my expertise of building core skills fostering long term growth and equips them to lead high level performing teams through problem solving, mentoring, project management and volunteering.

What are your top priorities?

How will you support and strengthen local Clubs, Districts and the Optimist International Organization?

This involves a mix of active participation. Communicating and showing up for conferences and events, volunteering for role and projects etc. Promoting events on Social Media and donating funds or items.
