In order to be considered for the Tournament of Champions, golfers must submit a tournament application no later than September 15, 2024.

Acceptance into the Tournament of Champions is based on a golfer's results in past Optimist Junior Golf championship and District qualifiers in addition to a golfer's Junior Golf Scoreboard and/or Golfweek ranking and state/provincial, regional, national and international tournament experience. See below for eligibility details.

Category 1 (Exempt)
Golfers who fit into category #1 are EXEMPT into the Tournament of Champions. Registrations will be automatically accepted for golfers who fit into these categories, provided a golfer submits an application by the stated deadline.

• Optimist International Junior Golf Championship
  Top 30 (+ties) Boys 12-13, 14-15, 16-18 and Girls 13-14 and 15-18 age divisions.
  Top 25 (+ties) Boys 10-11 and Girls 10-12 age divisions.
  
  
• 2023 Tournament of Champions --- Boys 16-18 (top 15+ties), Boys 14-15 (top 15+ties), Boys 11-13 (top 15) Girls 14-18 (top 15+ties), Girls 11-13 (top 6)
  
  
• The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in the Boys 10-11, 12-13, 14-15 and 16-18, Girls 10-12, 13-14 and 15-18 of any District Qualifier. Golfers must meet the following Qualifying Score
  
  
• The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in the Boys 11-13, 14-15 and 16-18, Girls 11-13 and 14-18 of any Junior Tour Event. Golfers must meet the following Qualifying Score
  
  
• Included in the top 300 overall Junior Golf Scoreboard or Golfweek rankings as of September 1, 2024.

Category 2
Priority consideration will be given to golfers who fit into one the following categories:

• Top third of the field of the Boys 14-15 and 16-18, Girls 15-18 divisions of the summer 2024 Optimist International Junior Golf Championship.
