2009-2010 International Bylaws
Standard Club Bylaws
    U.S. Clubs - U.S. Clubs can file their Club Bylaws online at www.optimistleaders.org. The Club President or Secretary must file the Bylaws, and the Club can choose to adopt Standard Club Bylaws or customize Bylaws specifically for their Club.     Clubs Outside the U.S. - All Clubs will be required to file their Club Bylaws through the Optimist Leaders website as of October 1, 2010. Currently, Clubs outside of the United States can file Bylaws using one of the standard versions below.
    Standard Club Bylaws
    Standard Club Bylaws - Adjustable
    This version is a Word format and enables Clubs to make and track changes on screen. Changes can be made to all non-bolded sections and text field boxes. However, changes cannot be made to sections with bolded, mandatory wording. Once complete, please print off, get proper signatures and fax back to Optimist International.
