Transferring a Member
In order to help monitor the transferring process, all requests must be sent in to Optimist International.

Procedure
The Member transferring must be deleted from the Club they are leaving. The new Club adds them to the roster with a $5 processing fee sent to Optimist International along with a Club Roster Adjustment form (CRA). Please indicate on the CRA the old Club number so the Member’s history can follow to the new Club. If the Member is a Life Member, also indicate this on the CRA. A Member has one year to transfer to a new Club.
