Strong Leadership Skills, Experience, and I enjoy public speaking

What specific things will you do to help the Clubs and Districts in your Region?

1. Meet with Governors frequently (in-person / virtually) to address specific needs and concerns
2. Visit each District and listen. Find ways to say yest to meeting their needs.
3. Set realistic goals. In my experience a “cookie cutter” approach is rarely effective. Clubs and Districts have unique challenges. Customizing actions to meet specific needs tends to be more effective than forcing conformity to a master plan.
