Junior Optimist International Districts

In order to form a Junior Optimist International District there must be four Clubs that attend a conference and officers are elected. Once the officers are elected, the newly formed Junior Optimist International District should submit the Junior Optimist International District Conference Form to Optimist International. The adult Optimist District will then receive a rebate of $1 per active Junior Optimist International Member in the month the Junior Optimist International Conference was held.
