JOOI Personal Growth & Involvement (PGI) is designed to motivate JOOI
Members to participate within their Clubs and learn about the various aspects
of JOOI. There are three PGI levels at each stage of JOOI involvement. The
JOOI Member will document completion of each PGI level with his/her adviser.
It will be up to each individual Club to decide what the prize/rewards will
be.
